Fresh Track: Sarah Jaffe “Glorified High”

Denton, Texas native Sarah Jaffe released the first single off her new album The Body Wins a few weeks ago, and it certainly is a bit of a change up from her earlier work.  More known for her folky acoustic guitar and simplified arrangements that show off her voice, “Glorified High” lets you know something new is in the air right from the start with a synth led beat drops.  And what do you know, we have a pop song! Whether or not this represents a complete makeover or simply Sarah dabbling in a new style remains to be seen, but if the rest is like this track we are in for a treat.  The new albums drops on April 24^th so keep you ears peeled for new singles as we get closer to the release.
