Fresh Track + Video: Daniel and the Lion “Free Love”

I have previously expressed my support for artists that do not take themselves too seriously. From the “World Premiere” music video for their song “Free Love” below, we can assume that Daniel Pingrey and Jimmie Linville of Daniel and the Lion are two musicians who no one would mistake for pretentious. The duo hails from Madison, WI. They dropped “Free Love” on Tuesday. The track is a touch on the sappy side, but the vocals and production work are terrific. And I’ll be damned if the song isn’t catchy as hell. To be honest, I’ll jam out to just about anything with a foot stomp and a hand clap – I’m kidding, sort of.
